FH630C is one kind of large size machine in Fuhao wire cut edm machine family. It has the similar performance with the other models. The working table size is 630mm plus 1000mm. Further the maximum weight it can lead is up to 1000kg,  It combine the high cutting accuracy with the large working size.

Wire cut edm machine is high precision machine tool, the operator should participate in training before they start the work by himself.  The operator should have a clear understanding to the machine structure and working principle. Everyone need pay much attention to the Operator direction, even he have operating experience for many years. 

The working piece weight and dimension should always less than the maximum leading weight and maximum working dimension of the machine. Checking the transfer switch is workable or not. 

Supplying the wire guide screw and X,Y guide line with lubricating oil. Keeping the transmission system without big noise. 

Checking the working fluid remaining capacity, water jet status before starting. 

Machine functions:

Power-off resume function, to avoid the repetitions work. 

It has wire broken emergency system, machine will pause by itself when wire broken accident happen. 

Automatic centering function control by software. 

It can be used for cutting angle, different sharp of top and bottom. 

It apply multi-cut function, the first time cutting speed can reach 12000mm2/hour, and the surface roughness can reach ra0.8 after 3 time cutting.
