1.for the increase of soft:significantly increase the flexibility of toilet paper,nice feel, wrinkling nice adn uniformity, improve tension and whiteness; 

2.for paper volume expansion:paper volume expansion 20-40% at the same weight, and improve water absorption.

Use of methods and precautions:

1, dilute 3-5 times with water before using,adding order: pulp washing - fluorescent whitening agent - other additives - swelling agent.

2, adding amount :0.1% -0.3% per ton pulp, according to the quality of water and pulp PH value and the size of expanding force of customer demand

3, fully mix well when using, mixing time should be longer than 10 minutes, the longer mixing time the more homogeneous of the mixture,the better effect.

Precautions:

1, first add a small amount according to expansion effect

2, if expansion effect is not ideal when adding large amount,check the water quality.You can  measure paper pulp PH value, optimum range PH≤6.5,If higher than this value, adjust with aluminum sulfate

3, adding excess may cause falling off cylinder, the solution is add cellulose in the pulp pool.

4,After the expansion of paper products, users donot have to worry about the tension affected.Swelling agent contains ionic bond,short fiber into a bridge structure under the action of the ionic bond, it is not only not affect the tension, but also increase the dry strength and tension.
