Jiahe Seiko Forging&Casting Co.,Ltd is an enterprise specializing in the production of machinery parts, founded in 2008, covers an area of 36000 square meters. Now we have more than 130 staffs. We passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, gained the rights of importing and exporting, have been honored as "high-tech enterprises in China". On development goals of being a bigger and stronger enterprise, Jiahe Seiko actively develop hydraulic flanges, SAE flanges, fluid control, automobile forging parts, engineering machinery parts, iron casting & steel casting and other fields, and formed unique competitiveness, serving for large well-known enterprises in China and products are exported to Europe, America, Japan and other regions.

Our devolop history

In Mar 2008, casting workshop was set up.

We mainly manufactured foundry machinery accessories, including belt pulley, flywheel, counterweight iron, motor casing, manhole covers, cast iron pan, grill and other castings, the annual output up to 20000 tons. We have 3-ton medium frequency melting furnace which is advanced in domestic, the factory equipped with advanced testing equipment for casting production.

In June 2010, forging workshop was set up.

Engaged in forging and machining auto parts, engineering machinery and railway transport products. All forgings, tooling design, programming and processing adopt advanced manufacturing technology. We have tooling processing and manufacturing capabilities for a variety of complex forging, with 1000 tons, 630 tons, 300 tons of standard friction press and various heat treatment production lines. Inspection equipment is complete, such as material chemical composition analyzer, metallographic microscope and HB 100 Brinell hardness tester, etc., with annual capacity of 10000 tons of forgings. Our main product for the forging workshop: car hinge, steering knuckle, connecting rod, valve shell, steering shaft, automobile chassis forgings, motorcycle accessories, etc.

In March 2011, SAE flange production workshop was set up.

Has 50 units high precision CNC lathe, equipped with digital control drilling and milling machines and processing center, able to develop complex workpiece independently. Our main products are hydraulic flanges, fluid connectors, SAE flanges, ultrahigh pressure flanges.
